What can I expect to happen in a therapy session?

Counseling sessions are individualized based on the client's goals.  The frequency of sessions is based on the client's needs. Typically, counseling sessions are started on a weekly basis in order to yield the most consistent results.  Recommendation to modify frequency may vary on a case-to-case basis.

How much do you charge?

Clinical Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $200    
Individual Counseling (45 minutes):  $150
Individual or Family Counseling (60 minutes): $200
Group Counseling (45 minutes): $60  

Consultation or Case Management (record review, communication with outside providers, etc.): $50 per 30 minutes

Psychological Evaluation: $150 per hour

Payment is due at the time of service. With consent, an HSA, FSA, or credit card can be stored in your secured client portal to be billed following each session.  At this time, I am not accepting insurance.  However, some health insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse 60-90%.  If you have out-of-network benefits that you would like to use to receive reimbursement, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request. 

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments are required to be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not cancelled within that time frame or you do not attend without notification, you will be responsible for full payment of the appointment.
